That’s good. Only time will tell the difference it makes. I cannot be worst than the public schools because they are a mess. Leave the people alone and let them do something good for a change.

I went to a public catholic school and I was glad for the teaching of the Bible. It didn’t make me a Catholic but I am a better person for their teaching. I support it 100%

Nampa is heavily LDS, and they subscribe to the KJV, same with much (but not all) of Idaho.

I’ve been to Nampa… it doesn’t surprise me a bit. The LDS are heavily into being accepted as a "Christian" church.

Not a surprise to me. Nampa's only 17 miles from Boise. People talk about all the Mormons here, while the real danger is from kooks like this, the Treasure Valley Baptist Church, and the Vineyard. Why do you think we own guns? These people are effing scary.

It definitely violates separation of church and state.

They say they want to teach literature and history? There are millions of other books which cover the same time period and are written in the same style. And why the bible of all books? There are thousands of other religious books they could have chosen.

Just another attempt by religious nutjobs to take over the school system. I can’t say I’m surprised, though. It *is* Idaho.
